    We were from out of area and in no particular hurry because we wanted to find just the right house/neighbourhood. Pam was very patient with and over almost a year of contact and several days of tours we refined our mutual understanding of what was going to work for us. Pam found us the perfect home and worked very hard on our behalf to make the purchase happen. Pam is not only extremely knowledgeable but totally honest, reliable and even fun! We think we were lucky to have found her and wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the future.

    Absolutely amazing experience with Pam Wenhe. Her industry knowledge was very beneficial in our search as we were 1st time home buyers and we truly could not have asked for more. Pam was not pushy at all and added so much value with each listing we saw asking questions we would not have thought to and pointing out pros/cons of homes that a 1st time home buyer may miss. Overall I would recommend (and have) Pam to anyone and if/when we look at properties in the future she will be the first person we call.

    Pam and Scott are a great team to work with. Pam worked with us over 2 years while we decided if we wanted to stop renting and buy a condo. We stared and stopped this process 3 times and she just went along with us. Scott helped me with my loan. He worked so hard for me, much like figuring out the house figuring out the loan was no easier. He worked many late nights for me and was always around to answer my questions. I could text or call him after 5pm and had 99% chance of getting a response. I will use them if I ever get another house.

We were first-time home buyers and didn't really know what we wanted when we first started looking (we had looked at random open houses for a while, but nothing seriously), but we knew what neighborhood we wanted to be in.     I Just recently used Wenhe Mortgage and Realty for refinancing my home. I'm a Fireman by trade, and I can honestly say that I know very little to nothing at all about mortgage rates, policies, points, or anything else in real estate for that matter.
